1. Intellectual Property & Licensing
All content, including but not limited to PDF guides, Excel spreadsheets, videos, and text, is the intellectual property of Roadway Mastery. When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive license to use the materials.
- You MAY: Use the Excel templates for your personal or company engineering projects. Modify the templates for your own workflow.
- You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, share, or publish our Excel templates, PDFs, or course logins to third parties or public forums.
2. Engineering Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)

Roadway Mastery, its founders, and instructors make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of the calculations. You, the user, are solely responsible for verifying all outputs, applying correct local DOT guidelines, and ensuring final designs are stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) where required by law. To access video courses, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
